Salesman was not upfront with us about how long it would be before the installation would get started installation was not until 7 months after the order was placed
My adventure started with ordering two bathrooms that was to get tub to walk in showers waited for 7 months before the day of installations we were told 2 days on each so they make it a week with Friday a follow up day installation for showers seen to go ok alot of delays with crew taking off to take care of their own business work was good there were short cuts used work itself had some challenges soppy work on the edges and cuts roughly took longer than told way over priced for the whole thing they don't do refunds when I would call the office I got Natalie she was always rude and short with customers I tried to call the plant to check on my orders it always forwarded back to Natalie oh joy great she was not much help the finishing work was rushed and soppy not much care taken to complete the installation

It has only been a year since installation. 5/24/2024
Shelves are coming off walls. Caulking is yellow. Metal-circle around shower curtain pole are not secure.
I was very impressed with the representative.
He had in depth understanding of the of the installation process, he expressed complete confidence in the technicians who would be installing my new walk-in Shower, he explained that because I am 100% disabled by the injury I got in Viet Nam I qualify for VA assistance to pay for the bathtub to shower conversion, and the process to apply for that assistance. He told me that they could go ahead with the installation even though I hadnt been approved by the VA, he told me everything I need to know.
I authorized the purchase, I was very happy to know VA would pay for a large portion of the bill, the only thing wrong was the man actually had no knowledge of the VA program to assist disabled veterans, he was making everything up as he went just to get the sell, when he told me they would pay even though they hadnt approved it yet, he was lying. I applied for the VA assistance on April 24 following the Bath planet representatives instructions, they went ahead with the installation.
I learned from the VA today that there are more in the VA process to get approved that the representative hadnt told me about , so the VA will not pay the almost $7000. The Bath Planet Representative told me they would.
User's recommendation: I recommend nobody hire Bath Planet.
Today 2/11/25 I had a meeting with a sales Rep. and everything was well until the end of his presentation. Where he needed to call the office where he had the Mgrs. Scott & Matt on the phone.
They were trying to pressure me into closing the deal that day. I told Scott I was interested in the service but I wanted to speak to my Son.
To make sure that amount of money 14,000.00 was reasonable or not but, Matt in the background kept telling Scott to ask more questions.
I got so upset my Blood Pressure shot up. Sign Renita Stewart
