Bath Planet - High pressure call

Thank you for writing Bath Planet to let us know about your concerns. The only reason we ask that all homeowners attend the appointment is because every bath system we manufacture is custom made. You both have to pick out and agree on the colors, styles, design, accessories, and hardware. If you're not able to or you have to check with your spouse or significant other, we aren't able to leave a price to the penny in writing that we lock in. In our experience there are always a number of questions that each homeowner has and we want to make sure that any customer who contracts with us at any time understands the entire scope of the project. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction from all homeowners. Unfortunately, your review came to us as “anonymous” without any of your contact information so we are unable to contact you to remedy this situation. Please call our Corporate Office at 800-963-8827 and ask for Jenny Carstensen for further assistance.

Thank you for your prior reviews. Put my name in a raffle and Won "$1000 towards bath" but when scheduling the apt for the sale rep to come out the pressure started.

Will your husband be there? We have to have both of you there! Why would you need my husband here I asked? That's just our stranded.

So you can take advantage of what we offer. It cost us money and time to come out and we don't want to have to do that twice. For everyone involved it's just easier if he is there. When I explained that my husband does not wish to have anything to do with this stuff, She would not let it go.

Well she said I will have to check to see if that's ok and call you back.

That's when I Read reviews and said no thanks!

As owner of Bath Planet of Arizona, high pressure is not the reason for wanting both homeowners present for design consultations. The reason is that in order to avoid potential problems with one homeowner ordering one style or color and then the homeowner that wasn't there, not liking it when we come to install and not allowing us to start the job, which has happened to us twice this year, I ask to have both homeowners present. It's not to pressure people, it's to try and run my company as efficiently as possible.

Had our bathroom done recently. I am not pleased at all.

Cuts were not straight, gaps were hideous. Their comment was, I ll caulk it and you'll never know. Materials were never on scene when needed, communication between workers and management was unheard of. Wall panels are not tight in many places.

We had given them extra days to do the job and in total took 6 days. The trash pile stayed in my yard for almost as long. We had changed our minds on a couple of things the next day after a salesman was here, the changes were never passed on when things started to arrive.

Gobs of caulking along edges and we still had to finish the caulking. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Put a board up to finish end of wall they put in. Now I can't open the drawers by that wall as they catch on their board.

They should have checked.

Left a huge mess. Did not put a tarp down like salesman said they would through rest of house.

Don't pay them. You have a contract if work was not done to your satisfaction.

Bath Planet Spokane Wa High Pressure and Plastic ***

Thank you for writing Bath Planet to let us know about your concerns regarding the product. We believe our product is more maintenance free than tile and grout because our high tech polymer is non-porous where it doesn't have any holes in it that mold, mildew, dirt, soap scum, human skin cells, hair, and gunk would get stuck. This is also the reason why people have to use harsh chemicals when cleaning tile and grout. Our dealers pride themselves on providing the best products and customer service in the bath remodeling industry. Our goal is to resolve the issue so you are 100% satisfied. Unfortunately, your review came to us as “anonymous” without any of your contact information so we are unable to contact you to remedy this situation. This sales rep was very high pressure and the product looked like plastic ***. The price was higher then our tile quote.

I am not sure how they stay in business but if you want to waste 2.5hrs of your day then call this people and be prepared to no 20 PLUS time. Must have been in our house 1.5 hours after the first no we don't pay the same day.

They also won't tell you they are not local like they claimed they were at the Fair. I know now to buy from one of our local companies.

$9000 lesson for me. This company's contract is very restrictive and its set you up for next level the moment you start engaging with them. I hope I forget these memories quickly and move on with my life
