ended up choosing Bath Planet

Our bathroom remodel went very well. Our tub and shower needed updating and we ended up choosing Bath Planet. Someone came from company today and did inspection weeks after they finished for us. That may have impressed my wife the most.

Everything went as planned with Bath Planet

The renovation went as planned and a touch up visit perfected the work. The shower and tub enclosure came out beautifully and is so easy to maintain. Pleased with the product and installation.

they were FANTASTIC

My husband and I just had both of our bathrooms remodeled. New tub/walk in shower, toilets, flooring and we are absolutely THRILLED with how everything turned out. Every step of the process was seamless and every person we came in contact with was exceptional. At no point did we ever feel as if we were being pressured into making a decision. The customization options available to us were impressive. Alex and Lee were the gentlemen that did the installation and construction and they were FANTASTIC! . Both men worked incredibly hard and were extremely skilled at their job. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. We are extremely pleased with the product and services provided by your company. Thanks a MILLION!!!

Bath Planet Design Consultant was more knowledgeable

The Bath Planet sales guy who came and pitched on the product did a much better job than another guy. He was much more thorough about the product and his price was a lot better. We got a tub to shower and there were no issues during installation. The product is nice and I like it. The experience was very good.

Kudos to "Bath Planet" for a job well done!!

Reliable, dependable, friendly, hard working....there are not enough words to describe the great work this company did. They went above and beyond , making sure everything was done well and in a very timely manner. I had called and asked them if they could start the job asap, due to an emergency surgery....they were there the next day. They left the bathroom looking like new and in much better condition then when we first moved in. What service that was!!! Many thanks to Shelley, Tom, Jake, and Chris, at the Omaha location, for such wonderful customer service! I appreciate it more than I could ever say. Thank you all so very, very much!

quick and professional

I got it to replace the tub. Bath Planet of Indianapolis’ price was about half of the other places I had looked at. The installers were quick and professional. The handrails were placed were I needed. It was well sealed and I liked the optional colors.
