Kudos to "Bath Planet" for a job well done!!

Reliable, dependable, friendly, hard working....there are not enough words to describe the great work this company did. They went above and beyond , making sure everything was done well and in a very timely manner. I had called and asked them if they could start the job asap, due to an emergency surgery....they were there the next day. They left the bathroom looking like new and in much better condition then when we first moved in. What service that was!!! Many thanks to Shelley, Tom, Jake, and Chris, at the Omaha location, for such wonderful customer service! I appreciate it more than I could ever say. Thank you all so very, very much!

quick and professional

I got it to replace the tub. Bath Planet of Indianapolis’ price was about half of the other places I had looked at. The installers were quick and professional. The handrails were placed were I needed. It was well sealed and I liked the optional colors.

Very professional experience with Bath Planet of Indianapolis

My husband and I just had both of our bathrooms remodeled with Bath Planet Indianapolis. New tub/walk in shower, toilets, flooring and we are absolutely THRILLED with how everything turned out. Every step of the process was seamless and every person we came in contact with was exceptional. At no point did we ever feel as if we were being pressured into making a decision. The customization options available to us were impressive. Alex and Lee were the gentlemen that did the installation and construction and they were FANTASTIC! . Both men worked incredibly hard and were extremely skilled at their job. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. We are extremely pleased with the product and services provided by your company. Thanks a MILLION!!!

Bath Planet of Indianapolis/Sho-Pro

I want to thank you for my new tub/shower surround. Chris & Jeremy did a wonderful job preparing the area for dust & safety, removal & install. They were patient with my pups, and efficient with their work. The quality of the product was exactly as presented. They even hung the shower rod I purchased. I have strongly recommended Bath Planet to fellow neighbors on NextDoor as a dependable contractor and a pleasure to work with. We ABSOLUTELY love our new bathtub, not only has it transformed our bathroom into a whole new modern look, and the tub and glass doors itself are more than I could ask for! Workmanship is good

We are very pleased with our product. We had a tub/shower removed and new shower with glass doors installed. It is beautiful and we receive many compliments. Workmanship is good, installation crew was great.

Not even letting them in my house

I called thinking this was going to be a simple start of project. Easier then getting a contractor.

This company does this one thing and probably as the process streamlined......WRONG

I was supposed to receive a call "first thing" this morning I called them and was told to hold she had another call little did i know my Sister was her other call we both trying to see if they where coming we both like to be there for the appointment but as it is already 10:43 it is looking like it may be one or the other any how the lady was RUDE.

I will just have to be on waiting list for the company that did my other bathroom not about to spend that much money or let a company in my house when the first contact is so terrible and inconsiderate. What am i thinking simple is not the best way to put something that is going to last in my home

Quick and Efficient Installation

I saw an article on Bath Planet and I signed up for it a year ago, but they were so busy that we never got around to doing it. I tried them again this year and they came out, and the men that worked here were wonderful. I had never seen people work so fast. They were running in and out and they were doing such a good job. They seemed to know everything that was necessary to do. They even left a name with me so that I could contact them afterwards if I had any problems, which was very good.

Installed very quickly

Bath Planet was able to schedule an emergency installation for us. They did a tub to shower conversion and it went very well. The installers were very polite, and they did a very good job of cleaning up after everything. All in all, I was very pleased with the installation and the speed they were able to do it with.

Highly recommend Bath Planet

I had Bath Planet install a custom, floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower. Their quality, cost and professionalism made me choose them. They're the benchmark for the industry to follow. Anybody who doesn't use this organization would be doing themselves an injustice. Likewise, their installers are the benchmark for the world to follow. Their ability to communicate and implement was seamless, and they were absolutely above board in cleanliness. If people would allow Bath Planet to visit their homes and speak to them about their process and what they offer, they would be convinced that this is the bathroom company that they should do business with.

Not sure

I am a current customer. Ordered and put my deposit May 3 promised it would be completed by August.

Nope. It yet. Pan had to be redone. Okay I get that mistakes happen finally got install of 2 walls done 4 weeks later was told while waiting would be 5 days for the doors to be installed on the day of install I’m told oh no it will be 14 days or more.

And that full payment was expected. What!! Only half the work has been done!!! Not Happy it’s now August and have a shower outnod commission’for 14 days maybe more.

I text the project manager and he didn’t get back to me so the following Day I called and text again.

Finally he did call back saying he doesn’t like dealing with negative customers so that is why He didn’t call back. Well how would you feel pay nearly 10,000$ and only 1/2 shower is in my master bath
