The most unprofessional company I've come across in a long time.Set up an appt for estimate explained it was my son's home and he lives out of state.
Power of atty in place. Appt set up last week. Confirmed with me on Friday and then revs another annoying call to c/b to confirm. Spoke to them at 9 this morning and everything was set up for 1:30 appt.
they called at noon to say my so needed to be on the premises in order for them to one out. After speaking with my atty he stated that was crazy since I will be hiring and paying for the job but the power of atty would suffice even though no necessary.
The good news is that when I went on line to blog irradiated all the complaints.Thank god I didn't do business with this shabby company!
