Bath Planet - Couldn't even get a quote
Scheduled an appointment a month ahead of time.Received a voicemail the evening before the appointment asking to call and confirm.
When I called in the morning to confirm because I was out until 10PM, I was told they overbooked and they would have to reschedule. I said never mind because I want to deal with an organization that keeps their appointments. I was met with a sob story of how they have been so busy and overbooked just like a doctor's office. My doctors don't overbook me.
They apparently realize that my time is valuable, as is theirs. I was called back a half hour later saying they could now keep the appointment, so I said fine, come out.
The man was nice enough, but said he'd follow-up later in the week with an email quote and give us a call.We have not received either, I'm not holding my breath.
