Our bath was supposed to be done the Friday before Memorial Day.They confirmed the time for the installer - 9 AM.

At 9:20 I'm calling since I had not heard from anyone. The install manager called and said the installer had a medical problem so they'd be out the following day at 9 AM. On Saturday at 9:30 I'm calling and only getting to leave voice mails. At 10 I get a call saying the installer was held up on a job but would be here soon.

At noon I called again and finally the sales guy called and said he'd find out what was going on and call me back. The installer himself called and said he'd be here by 2 PM. At 3 PM I'm calling again. The installer called and asked if he could work on Monday (Memorial Day).

He said if I'd let him he promised to be here by 8 AM. Again no show - no call. I called the sales guy and installation manager saying I wanted my $ back. The sales guy said he would get with the owner on Tuesday and PROMISED to call me with a way to make this right.

No Call. On Thursday I called and the owner spoke with me. When I said I wanted to cancel this and get my $ back, he said there would be no refund on my $2880 deposit. Long story but he agreed to give me a $500 or so discount and that he personally would make sure we were happy with the final product.

The installer showed on Wednesday and has done a good job but it's not the same quality material the sales guy showed us. It's much thinner and something I would not have bought. But it's not over. The 2nd day I asked if he'd finish today.

Then he asked if the sales guy had called. I said no.

Well it turns out they received the wrong ceiling material and would have to come back next week to finish.This has been a horrible experience.
